Lawrence J. Clark, aka the “Mountain Man Gourmet,” is a veteran of the food and hospitality restaurant, having worked in fourteen restaurants and resort hotels in six different states from Maine to Mississippi to Florida. He has spent a lifetime traveling to over 40 states and 20 countries trying a variety of cuisines and learning new cooking techniques.
He enjoys spending time in his cabin in New Mexico’s Manzano Mountains, and sharing his love of life and food on his Web-based cooking show and on various social media platforms.
